Terms and Conditions
1. 30 days net from date of invoice on approval of credit.
2. Interest is charged at 1-1/2% per month (18% annually) on past due accounts.
3. Late pay customers will automatically convert to cash before shipment.
4. Prices are F.O.B. our nursery.
5. Any claim must be made in writing within 5 days after receipt of shipment.
6. All orders are honored subject to crop conditions, errors in count, and with the
understanding that orders shall be void should injury befall stock due to flood,
freeze, fire, or other causes beyond our control. We give no warranty, expressed
or implied, as to life, productiveness, description, quality or any other matter of
any nursery stock that we sell. Every effort will be made to ship stock true to
name,and of good grade. It is mutually agreed that we shall not be liable for any
amount greater than the purchase price.
